General:
New Features:
- New pre- and post-processor BASEmesh for unstructured 2D mesh creation, setting of material indices and visualization. Usable as plugin in the the free software Qunatum GIS (QGIS) on Windows and Linux.
- Enhancement of lateral coupling; automatic creation of connections between 1D cross sections and 2D edges (experimental).

Attention: The changes of the command file structure are not backwards compatible! Input files for v2.2 will not work for v2.3 and vice versa. We recommend all users to update to v2.3
